I cancelled my order within the term o HSO policy. They blanked my email and responded with encouragement to try the purchase before making my cancellation. I have repeatedly requested they cancel the order before dispatching the items. They continued to blank me. I have repeatedly requested a full refund, but it's like communicating with an imbecile. They don't appear to understand English and have no respect for rights of a customer. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. NOT TO BE TRUSTED
