I made mistakes on 2 x vouchers/cards and tried to cancel straightaway but this was not possible despite the fact that you are given an option to cancel by a form. There is no phone number to contact. Also, my message disappeared before I could save it. It wasn't possible to review and check the order details. The Christian name also didn't appear on one of the orders. It's a shame as this seems a very good idea with the voucher and free card and generally ideal for grandparents. It's just not user friendly as everything happens too quickly.
