I was sceptical as to whether our dog would be too much to handle as a young and excitable, very strong puller - but within 17 minutes of our first session I was absolutely amazed at what had been achieved. I couldn’t recommend Kay enough, we WALKED out of our first session so much more confident and relaxed than when we were dragged in!
