Results day 1. Kay & I did our first virtual session and I’m very proud of the results we were able to achieve from just one hour. I love the attention to detail & knowledge. She gives reason behind the method so you understand the reason for the commands and when to use it. I felt confident to move forward and put in the work on my own after the session was over. I haven’t been able to walk my dog confidently for the last 2 years. But today that changed. Thank you so much. Medusa walks next to me, listens and stays without being on the lead….. all this was achieved in a double session. Thank you so much !
Excellent! I wish I started training with Kay sooner. She got my pup under manners in one session like I've never seen before. She means what she says with these animals. She is the best Trainer I've come across and trained with. I'm sad to see her go, she would've given me the confidence I need with my pup, but I will definitely keep it up and sign up to her online sessions.💯Although my pup is a good boy, she has let me see and know that I AM in charge. Kay is the most attentive, positive and most knowledgable dog trainer, for my dog as well as myself as the handler! Providing great intense, and powerful training techniques which helped my dog within JUST ONE SESSION! Kay made me and my dog extremely comfortable even though I have never owned a dog, Kay provided extra tips and tricks to help me continue on my dogs training to the fullest for extra results!! I can’t find the proper words to fully express how grateful I am for Kay and what meeting her for our virtual session has done for me and my pup — mostly me, honestly.I have a 2-year-old female Cane Corso, and she’s amazing. The truth is, I was the problem. I’m an anxious person, and that anxiety interferes with my confidence when handling my pup — which then transfers to her. This often leaves her on alert when we’re out, and I began to notice some reactivity. While I appreciate her protective nature, the reactivity concerned me, and deep down I knew it was connected to my anxious energy.Sometimes talk therapy isn’t all we need — sometimes we need dog + handler therapy too. I know I should be leading us, and that she should be able to relax when there isn’t an active threat.Building our relationship has always been my top priority, but I’ve often felt misguided by other advice. My goal is to have a strong bond with my pup, not just a “well-trained dog.” Kay understood the assignment immediately. Through our virtual session, she planted the seeds of confidence I needed to truly feel capable of leading my pup. I appreciate how much she values the handler–dog dynamic.I’m already feeling more at ease and confident in my leadership skills as we continue to work together. I hope for the chance to work with Kay in person one day, but I have to say — the virtual session had one huge perk: I was doing all the legwork with my pup, which helped me feel even more confident practicing what Kay taught me.Thank you so much, Kay! Firstly, Kay is the most amazing human being, she has an understanding of dog & human behaviour like I’ve never seen. A natural born talent that leads her abilities in retraining phycology in humans and therefore behaviour in dogs. My first session I turned up unaware of the extent of my dogs bad behaviour, (he was over reactive to other dogs) I was given great advice and options to upgrade the package to deal with these issues, which I did. By the second session, Kay had already modified his behaviour and he was able to sit nicely next to another dog without reacting. I am overwhelmed with his progress in such a short time and the confidence she has given me to be a better dog owner is priceless. She has been patient with me even when making the same mistake over and over. Kay has one of the kindest personalities, she truly cares about dogs and helping people. I recommend her services 10/10
Let me just say. What I thought was impossible became possible after 2 sessions. Not only are they the best trainers around, the vibe is amazing everyone is cool and comfortable. She fixed my dog in two damn sessions. That’s like 2/3 hours of work. Worth every last damn penny
We attended HiTail K9s in Peckham today and were absolutely blown away by the results. The service was of an exceptionally high standard, no dog treats, no gimmicks, just realistic, effective techniques we can confidently continue at home.Our dog went in with no recall, had never been off-lead, and would not stay sitting for more than a second. On top of that, he is dog-reactive, yet within just 30–60 minutes, Kay had him calmly sitting next to four other dogs without reacting, was walking off lead, sitting and responded to my recall - overall he was listening to my every word - It was incredible to witness.Even more amazing, after the session we went to a cafe, and for the first time ever, our dog did not react to any dogs or distractions around him. He was calm, focused, and relaxed.Kay’s approach is calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely transformative. We left feeling confident, inspired, and so proud of our dog. I am truly impressed with the noticeable improvement in Juno’s behavior after just one training session.
