The traffic course was well explained and very easy to follow. It was a very good refresher on everything and was very accommodating regarding the reporting procedures. I would highly recommend the Highway Traffic School if you find yourself in need of their services. Recommended!!
The course was written well with good questions after each unit. After the units were completed but before the final exam, I tried contacting support by phone and waited a long time with no one answering. I then tried the e-mail support and no response there(4 days). I then decided to take the test. Never did get an answer to my question.
The test I took was online. The fact that I didn't have a 100 mile trip was outstanding! I can't say it was a push over, minimum 4 hours and it took me almost 6 hours since I needed several breaks. It had so many great reminders along the way. I appreciate your assistance.
