Hike POS is simple to use. If there is a feature that we would like to see, we just send a request and if possible they will implement it. The lastest one we requested was a "Back" button on the POS ipad software, so that you can go into each category and not have to go back to the main section each time, you can simply press "back". Was implemented a few months after we requested and very happy.
