Hike could be such a great product! The basics are there, but the developers must have minimal understanding of the in store experience, and it seems very little desire to make relatively small fixes which would make it a really amazing POS. There are so many little problems which really add up to it being a giant pain in the neck to use. It is just such a shame! And every time you contact customer support you get these condescending responses which basically come across like they're saying "I don't care". I think the whole team needs to seriously refocus on listening to the customer - both the customer experience in using their product, and also a customer approach in how they deal with questions and problems when they're raised. A customer friendly approach would make it a little easier for us to put up with all the errors and endless problems using this POS.
