All our experiences with Hike to date have been exceptional. We are very impressed with the simplicity of the POS software - it has been very intuitive and easy to pick up. The guidance documents are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Most of all, the support is exceptional. We have had very rapid responses to even non-urgent queries. We have also been very happy to see that suggestions for improving the software are taken very seriously and implemented very quickly - so far, we have noticed that around 3 or 4 of our suggested improvements have been implemented within 1 month or so.
