One of the worst experience i have ever had. I ordered brand new factory order car( Toyota chr Design with pan-roof) waited nearly 2 month. Requested to swap for early delivery but it was denied. I was asked to pay £500 more to swap and i asked to cancell the order and refund they simply refused said £500 deposit is non refundable. I keep the order after 1 week i was offered an swap from silver to gray. They said this time they can swap my order to gray if i compromise on my original colour silver but they never mention it will be without pan-roof. When they said swap from silver to gray just an colour change rest will be same them ok.

They swap my car , waited for handover date was sheduled so i planned sale of my current car and eventually sold it. Later they said the car has been delayed by 5 working days (1 week). I was ok just 1 week without car i will manager but when next week come car was again delayed by 1 more week. I had even told & confirm dealership even before i sell my car that i am planning to sell my car and arranging new insurance quotes. I asked for help loan car or courtesy car because i sold my car to line up smooth handover & car got delayed 2 weeks already and i am out of car. They eventually got my new car after 2 weeks .

I was so excited to drive new car that i waited 2 month but i find out that they had completely changed my car they just mention colour change but they never mention that it will be completely without pan-roof. If i know they swapping my car to without pan-roof in would never agree to swap. I refused to accept the car as its not what i ordered.
No sorry nothing for messed up. They simply ask do you want this car or not i said no i ordered pan-roof but its without. I had few minute discussion. They never ask for solution they just said we can get you pan-roof but you will have to wait untill April. i was shocked what??? 2 month thats the solution.

After few minute i asked one of manager if you compensate me i will take the car. They said ok let me check. Came with offer £200 off the service plan i was serious just £200 for messed up and accepting which i didn't ordered. Then i said ok then do it last £300 i will take the car. They simply refused and said take it or leave it. 😡😡😡 I had to spend around £200 just on uber to be there and back fir their mistake.

Same day evening when i went home and start to check alternative optons. i find out thet they had showroom demo 25 plate same car but in white out for sale. I was what?? they had option why they didn't offer solution. Any way i made enqury again out that replacement car. I explain them i have to encounter huge financial loss and would take 25 plate car if they do fair reduction to the car. Their offer was again£200 off the car 😳😡😡. Serous you selling £36k and 27k car and £200 off for goodwill.

I file and official complain to General manager and area manager but the response was straight forward we had offered you the best deal if you not happy with us you cam simply choose another dealership. I said i will reach toyota gb & so on. His respinse was simple do whatever you want .
what the hell this is how you treat your costomer.
