When support fails at such a fundamental level, it indicates a significant problem within the service. The company should assess its staff, as keeping employees who neglect publishers harms its reputation and trust. If a business cannot support its users adequately, it should reconsider its operations. Are you here to assist publishers and advertisers, or is profit your sole focus? An ad network without reliable support cannot be deemed professional. Additionally, I want to mention that a colleague of mine, who is also a publisher on this platform, has not received his payment, which worsens the situation.
