The support from the service is disappointing. Initially, the representatives are quick to respond, but when significant issues occur, the situation shifts dramatically. If campaigns are disabled or rejected for any reason, the explanations are unclear or nonexistent, and the representative often becomes unresponsive. Because of this lack of transparency and accountability, I have no plans to engage with the service again.
