I purchased five earrings from this company and when I saw that two of the earrings were not as attractive (based off the picture), I reached out for a refund. Even though I placed both earrings in the mail I only received a refund for one, while stating they only received one of the earrings. Outside of that, the remaining earrings that I kept started turning blue after 6 months of owning them.
