Ordered a pillow in June! The shipment was supposed to take up to two months due to backorder, which was fine. However, now it's October. I had to ask for a refund because I'm about to move from the original address. They offered to change the address, but after receiving a made-up tracking number months ago, I don't trust that, and I just want my refund. Customer service is responsive until you ask for a refund; then they go completely silent. It feels very 'Karen-y' to have to hound them. The seller did finally issue a refund, but it took a lot of effort. They did offer a free reship, which was nice.
