I'm still waiting for my shipment nine months later, and nothing has arrived! I ordered a product on January 1, 2025, and it's now August 24. I received an email in June saying my order shipped, but after multiple follow-ups, I got only one response apologizing and saying it would ship early August. Weeks later, I was told a shipping label was created, but still nothing! I requested a refund months ago, stating that if they couldn't fulfill my order, a refund would be acceptable. It's ridiculous—don't order from them! UPDATE: A shipment was dropped off at UPS on August 27, but there has been no movement. I received an incorrect tracking number. UPDATE: Received a new tracking number, but still no item. I disputed the charge with my bank and am waiting for my refund.
