I ordered a graduation bear, and like many others, it still hasn't arrived. I emailed about the lack of updates and was told there were delays, but it would ship soon. I was offered a refund but chose to wait since it was a gift. An update email stated that all orders had shipped, but weeks passed with no updates or tracking information. I contacted them multiple times with no response. I tried emailing from a different account and got a prompt reply, but when I inquired about the bears, I received no response. All I want is my tracking number. Don't buy from them; save your money and avoid getting scammed.
