I don’t even know where to begin. I ordered a T,tC mirror in May of this year. I was being patient, had post notifications on for their Instagram to make sure I knew when it would be shipped, constantly watching “shipping out orders!” stories go up all while the status of mine never changed. Months go by, so I reach out to customer service. They say I should’ve gotten it by now, and they would check on it and make sure they got it out to me. I asked if they could change the color way of it as well since it hadn’t been shipped yet, and they said it was totally fine to do so. They tell me it should be shipped by the end of the week. A few days go by, no updates!! No emails from the support either. I have to reach out again, and they say I will get a tracking number. Guess what, I didn’t! A few more days later, I explain my frustrations and threaten to take legal action and ONLY THEN do I get proper information about the status of my mirror. FINALLY I get the package and I am so excited to open it. When I do, the first thing I realize is that it is not a different color like they said they would send me. I was willing to get past that because so was sick of dealing with support. Upon further inspection, the mirror was super poor quality. Patches of missing epoxy, scratches and bubbles all over the mirror, no words on it (which was not advertised), uneven edges (the top looked like a slope, it was 1” difference from one side to the other), and the back of the mirror where you hang it up was falling off. I reached out again, and they said that the mirrors are handmade so that’s why it looks like that. That is no excuse for the quality I received, if i knew it would’ve come like that I would’ve made it myself!! I reached out again and THANKFULLY got a refund, which I basically had to threaten legal action again for, and was given a false sense of hope from the owner about how “the mirror should have never even made it past quality check” and he would send me a free mirror because of all the trouble. He even sent me videos of the mirror I was supposed to get before he would “ship it” to me. Guess what, no updates or anything! I got my money back so that’s why I’m not making a big deal out of that last part, but this company will not ship your product, give you a false sense of hope that they will once you reach out, and then not do anything about it until you threaten legal action against them. I went through so much hassle for a $250 mirror and what I received was terrible. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. PLEASE do not buy from them.
