On the 1st of July I placed an order for two keychains, despite all rhe negative reviews and feedback (don’t be like me and run from this seller) two weeks go by with no updates or tracking details, so I decided to send them and email asking if there’s an update, within hours I get an email notification saying that my order was shipped (2weeks after the initial order, yikes) so I’m thinking “right maybe they were just making the keychain etc. another week goes by with no updates, so I followed up on email asking for update, and I get a response saying that my order will be shipped the next day which was july 23 (weird because I thought my order was shipped on the 13th? 🤔) couple more days go by and I followed up on the email asking for a refund, to which I get no response (funny isn’t it?) I ended up disputing the charge with my bank and I encourage you to do the same
