Pre-Ordered a Ye Grad Bear on January 1st 2025 with notification it would be a 6-8 week delivery time frame. It is not July 9th, or 27 weeks after the fact and I have not received a single thing. It was also notated updates would be given throughout the 6-8 week process and no communication was given. During this time I was given one update that the order would ship "soon" and a tracking number in May that turned out to be fake. Nothing has ever shipped and when I requested a refund I have been ignored. This company is scamming. Although $100 is not a lot of money, it is still my money and so much time has been involved. I will not be purchasing anything from this company and highly advise to not purchase. If you were part of the Ye Grad Bear pre-order, let me know so we can continue with a class action suit.Edit: 7-9-25 the owner refunded me via PayPal. He states he will still send me a Grad Bear as a measure of good faith. If he does I will remove this post. We shall see if he hold his word. Update: 7-25-25 - owner never sent the bear as promised as a measure of good faith. Thus, rating still stands.
