I ordered a custom Yeezus table from HipHop HeavenSupply on December 26th, 2024. The product page said shipping would take 1–3 weeks, so I was patient. A month later, on January 25th, I reached out for an update. They replied on January 26th, saying it would ship the next day (Monday morning).I didn’t get any shipping info until February 6th, and when I checked, the tracking still said “label created, awaiting item” – and it’s been stuck like that ever since. I’ve emailed them multiple times asking for updates, and more recently, I asked for a refund, but I haven’t heard back from them at all.It’s super frustrating that there’s no communication, and I’m still waiting for some kind of response or refund.
