Placed my order #H21176 which was the bean bag initially on 1st Dec 2024, and the address is supposed to be in West London, UK. On 10th Jan 2025 they updated the international tracking number, however, on 15th Jan my order ended up being delivered to Blackpool which is in northern England and it’s hundreds miles away from the original address. So I sent them an email on 15th Jan stating the issue, on 17th they asked for the original tracking number and on 22th they replied saying they will have another one shipping out to me. But nothing arrived so far at all.In February I sent them several emails asking for the update and HipHop Heaven kept saying the bean bag had been shipped out but please expect longer time due to international shipping. The last time they replied was 6th Feb 20205. I waited until March and still nothing so I sent another email asking for either an update or a refund, but they just stopped replying to email since then??? On 17th and 22th March I sent them 2 more emails asking for an update but still nothing.Overall, it’s a terribly long and frustrating experience dealing with them. They seem to make cool products but I never got to have the actual thing. And their company definitely needs to work on their customer service efficiency and the posting service. How could a package clearly instructed to send to London ended up in the other side of the country?? And a promised re-shipment is never going to happen? And the customer service just stopped responding? Just terrible …Update to my previous review. No one contacted me still after a loads of emails asking for an update. So I finally asked for a refund on 10th May in a new email loop, but no one from their company reached out to me. I’m let to believe that this company is a total scam.
