I placed my order on November 13, with a shipping estimate of 3-5 days. While I did receive a survey via email, my item has not arrived. It seems pointless to fill out a survey when I haven't received the product. I've sent two emails inquiring about the shipping status but have not received any response. Very disappointing customer service.
