I accidentally signed up for a subscription and was charged for an entire year without clear upfront warnings or reminders. I contacted their support immediately to explain the situation and even asked them to verify the usage — which was minimal to none — yet they still refused to offer any refund or flexibility.This kind of rigid and money-driven approach, especially when there is clear evidence of no substantial usage, feels unethical. It’s disheartening to see a company prioritize profits over customer trust and satisfaction. I hope Hiration reconsiders how it handles such situations — and more importantly, I urge them to do the right thing and refund the charges.
