Absolutely enraged. My brother gets married tomorrow to his beautiful wife-to-be and has been planning the wedding of their dreams for years. Everything was planned to the last detail and Hire & Blooms have sent the flowers to a completely random location that my brother isn’t even aware of. Then they blamed parcelforce, yet FAILED TO SEND OUT A REPLACEMENT. So now the wedding will have no flowers as the specific type he ordered aren’t easy to find as they’re artificial.
