Hired doesn't provide me any value and I can't see anything that is happening, companies that viewed my profile, what they are looking for etc. I don't see what value they are providing me that isn't better on other hiring platforms. If you don't want to actively be job searching I guess its a low effort way to put yourself out there but I would never pay for anything because they don't provide any benefits.
