I purchased my Bosch dishwasher online in December 2024 and we were very impressed with the product. Now It shows E-19 and does not want to reset. I contacted Hirsch and eventually got through to service 2 days later and was told i need to complete a form which after a week I still didn’t receive via email. I followed up multiple times and everytime it starts from the beginning and they have no idea what happened before. There is no direct way to contact the Service dept.
