It's next to impossible to get in contact with them. No email (I tried the customer support email but got a "this email is unmonitored" auto-response). Tried calling multiple times and while someone did pick up, their voice was SO muffled and the audio was very challenging to hear with any level of clarity (I needed the contact info they were sharing and even asked them to slowly and loudly spell it out when the first 4 tries were too unclear but I still got the wrong email apparently, since it bounced back). They also randomly stopped covering pet training (I never had a single claim) and notified me of non-renewal. That would've been fine IF they hadn't followed up with several emails that demanded me to urgently renew!! If you're going to stop covering a particular type of business, then maybe figure out how to not bombard former customers with contradictory messages. Absolutely awful, overpriced experience. I went to a different company and now get the same level of coverage for half the cost I paid for a Hiscox policy. What an unprofessional communication nightmare of a company to deal with.
