If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I read more reviews before I chose to get insurance through this company, because Im starting to believe its not even an actually insurance company; its some kind of scam. I filed a claim on April 7, 2023, due to flooding in my business. I talked to a claims adjustor literally ONE TIME a week after I filed, and he literally ghosted me after that. He would not respond to any calls or emails, and after being told to contact his manager, and someone else who was covering for his manager, they didn't respond or contact me back either. This is not a customer complaining because someone didn't call me back the next day; it is now JUNE 7, 3 whole months after I filed the claim bc my business FLOODED, lost office furniture, equipment, and inventory due to the damages and I have made NO progress whatsoever with my claim! They won't even call me back! Who takes your money every month for 3 years then won't call you back when you need help..? sounds like SCAM to me!
