I would avoid this company like the plague. Insurance policy isn't an issue, although I've never had to claim, it's the lack of communication. Takes them days to reply to emails or communication about important amendments to policy and zero communication in the meantime. I've lost work because of their incompetence. How anyone can run a company like this is beyond me!
