I called Hiscox last week to obtain a quote for my 2 businesses. After spending 35 minutes on the phone running through all the fine details the agent said he would need to refer this to the underwriter. He informed me he would email me with the aim of arranging a phone call to discuss the quote. There has been no contact from Hiscox and effectively wasted an hour of my time in total. Avoid this company, if the are this bad on the "sales" imagine how bad they are when it comes to claims.
