The agent was uninterested in the conversation, she did her job, but no real engagement. She was also working with a company I had to submit documents to meet their criteria. She raised my premium, because of the changes in my business income. 4 days later, I do not meet the criteria and cant because HISCOX doesn't offer supplemental umbrella coverage. So, all of the time I spent on the phone making sure this will go through, HISCOX raised my premium and I cant meet their criteria. Sorry, but I'm looking around. Needless to say, I would not recommend Hiscox.
