This insurer used to be reliable, but for the past two years, getting a Certificate of Insurance (COI) has been a nightmare. Every time I need one, I end up spending hours or even days following up — there's always some excuse about their system.Today, things hit a new low. I was informed my insurance policy had been canceled, despite being charged the monthly fee just six days ago. After speaking with a representative, I was told it was a system error, and they had to open a ticket that could take up to 24 hours to fix. Meanwhile, I need to submit my COI by Wednesday or risk losing a $5,000 contract.I strongly advise looking for another insurance company. If they struggle this much with basic paperwork, I can’t imagine what a claims process would be like. They should be ashamed of their poor service.
