I'm only giving one star because it's mandatory. I ordered a music game from an ad and it arrived full of errors, clearly made by someone without proper language skills. They refused my return request, and I found they charged me £5 more than the total. After threatening to report them, they refunded the £5 but still refuse to address the faulty product.
