My experience mirrors that of many others. I ordered two makeup bags at the end of October. There were numerous tracking updates until they suddenly ceased after reaching Edinburgh. The customer service was okay in terms of response time, but the content of their replies was absolutely frustrating. They never provided a clear answer and kept asking me to wait longer. I set a deadline, clearly stating that if the items didn't arrive by then, I would request a refund. Eventually, I insisted on a full refund, which they processed within a few days. While I can't label them as scammers since I did receive my refund, this service is certainly lacking in quality. I would recommend avoiding them altogether.
