I admit I made an error by ordering a Historic Newspaper book for the wrong football club. I placed the order and immediately received the confirmation email. Realizing my mistake, I quickly replied asking to switch my order to another team. However, their response stated that the order process is automated, and they couldn't make any changes or cancel it. I find it hard to believe that within 3 minutes they had already started printing. If they had a customer service number, I could have resolved this quickly. Very disappointing service during a season meant for goodwill. I won't be reordering.
