As a wedding supplier, my experience with Hitched has been extremely disappointing and stressful. The platform promises high-quality leads, but the reality has been poor enquiries, time-wasters, and false phone numbers, (they will deny this but so many of us can't be wrong). There is no return on "investment" and I wish I'd read and believed the other suppliers reviews before signing up.Transparency around performance is questionable at best.What has been most concerning is that after formally requesting to cancel my membership and take my profile down immediately due to poor results, I am now being pursued for further payments and have been passed to a debt collection agency. This has added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.Based on my experience, I would strongly advise suppliers to absolutely not use this platform, you may aswell well throw money into the wind.
