Excellent CollaborationI approached Hiteshi with a SaaS application template and some wire frames that added custom CRUD functionality and a medium complexity 3rd party integration.On boarding was excellent both commercially and technically with a senior lead assessing the risks and ensuring expectations were aligned.Once scope was confirmed estimates were given and development commenced straight away. We had daily standups with the developers for clarifications and an end of day summary email was also sent.The whole team was very proactive with the developers going the extra mile on UX items that are difficult to capture in wireframes and taking suggestons on board and implementing them as part of the work steam.The PRs were also clean and easy to review and land.
