Thieves and terrible developersOn March 29th 2021 we signed an agreement and paid a deposit of $2000. Little did we know what we got ourselves into! There were 3 tasks. Integrate stripe, build a frontend with Auth including a two page website (that had already been designed and files converted from psd to html) and a chat. All of this work would take 1 developer maximum 1.5 months. The first week two weeks it’s was ok, we didn’t receive Dailey updates as promised but it seemed the work was getting done judging by the update we had to continually request. They had put 2 developers on the project without my permission. They said it was for my benefit to get the work completed faster to meet the deadline. The deadline was actually ample time for one developer to complete the tasks so this already started to cost me double. The second part of the tasks was track events from the site. We both agreed this task should take no longer than two weeks, of course that ended up being 4 months!!!! And counting!!! This was only the start……. Deadline after deadline was missed and the price kept stacking up. I had to do the deployment work myself and they couldn’t do which I find shocking! They tried to charge me multiple hours for deployment which I refused to pay! At the end of April I was told the work had been completed, once I had deployed it was terrible, not even responsive, none of the functions were in working order and there were huge sections missing from the site and dashboard. They deemed this as acceptable and still the payments kept on piling up. I told them to fix this! And I won’t pay again for the fixes!!!! I was supposed to be invoiced weekly for some reason for the tracking task I wasn’t invoiced at all until 4 months later I was billed for hundreds of hours. Which I refused to pay for a two week task. So for these tasks they over all wanted me to pay $15,000 which is theft! It shouldn’t have even cost a fraction of that for the tasks involved. I refused to pay the extra hours and asked for the code I had already paid for. They tried to blackmail me with this to pay for those crazy hours which I refuse. This is now August 2021 and we still have nothing to show for the $9000 we have already paid. 5 months for these task is crazy. They’re inexperienced and absolute thieves. We have delivered 3 full projects in the time it’s taken them to perform these tasks, which are still not complete. They refuse to hand over our source code which has now lead us to take legal action against Hiteshi. Do NOT work with this company they are terrible people and terrible developers who are just looking to take as much money from people as they can and they will give you all the excuses under the sun but believe me go somewhere else If you don’t want a legal battle on your hands! And a bill for almost $50,000!!!!
