We moved to Hive a year and a half ago and it's the best 3PL experience we had so far. - Fulfillment times are well below 1 day (both calendar and business)- We have done two Q4s with Hive until now and there was no backlog at all, two years in a row. Looking forward to the third!- The support team is always ready to help and easy to contact- Hive has its own app, which is great for managing inventory, claims, inbounds, returns, and so on. The analytics section is also great for getting live data on how things are going.- Their freight team also helps with necessary documentations for B2B orders (export to CH, GS1 labels, DNs,...), and organizes a pickup if needed, which is an amazing service. There are smaller roadblocks and things to make better, as everywhere, but luckily Hive is partner in making changes that benefit our and their growth. Moving to Hive was definitely a good choice and would definitely choose them again.
