Return was No Problem. I ordered four tops and a dress (size L). Three tops were great! True to size, nice fabric, and good fit. The fourth top and dress were not sized correctly (4" smaller than the size chart). Thankfully, Hivebabe customer service were very helpful! They responded quickly, I sent photos, and they sent me two replacement items. The return team members were polite and very helpful. Sometimes things happen, they made it right!Hivebabe invited me to donated the items that were not sized properly.
I received my order during the passing of my dad. When I finally got to opening it the shorts were too small. Return time was passed but I emailed them and they’re replacing with right size at no cost to me. Very good customer service and very understanding. Thank you
I will never, I repeat, NEVER order from this site again. The suggested size chart is a joke. I would’ve had to have ordered three sizes bigger in order for the overalls to fit even though they were considered oversized. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I sent probably 10 emails back-and-forth to them and still was only offered 20% back or I would have to pay as much as I paid for the overalls to send them back. Save yourself some grief and ditch this site.
