Initially, I ordered this product, and it didn’t arrive. I contacted the company, and the representative quickly reached out to me and sent the item. I received it in just a few days. It works as advertised, and I love it. My only complaint is that it’s slightly short, causing the speakers to shift around, making it hard to hear. Otherwise, it’s a great product, and the handling by the representative was flawless.
We ordered the wrong size and reached out to customer service. Their representative was extremely helpful and responsive. She was more than accommodating in ensuring our satisfaction. I highly recommend doing business with them and look forward to our next transaction.
I ordered several sets of pajamas for my nieces and nephews for Christmas. They arrived today, and I’m thrilled with them! Never order from this company. I ordered the Steeler PJs for six people. They sent me Buffalo Bills PJs instead now I am out of $130.00. It was their error and informed me they are out of the Steeler PJs to me they just sent me any PJs that were in stock. Their solution was to give me 20percent of my money. They need to be turned into the Better Business Bureau
I had a positive experience with Hivebabe. I ordered a few pairs of pants that needed to be exchanged, and I contacted customer service. The exchange was processed smoothly without any issues. Although the initial order took a bit longer to arrive, found the wait to be worthwhile. I was very satisfied with the quality of the pants and will definitely order from them again.
