HelloI’d like to issue a formal complaint. I have contacted your team three times regarding a parcel. Please see the previous logs of communication I have not been sent copies of these.I was assured on Saturday that my parcel wouldn’t be returned to sender and instead delivered yesterday. This has not been the case. No one has been able to advise me why nor was I actually informed this was the outcome. I asked multiple times for people to contact me to no avail.I am absolutely enraged at the lack of communication from your team and the lack of solutions presented.
