I booked a flight with HKExpress scheduled for 8:10 PM, but without any prior notice, it was changed to 7:10 AM. I didn’t find out about this change until I tried to check in — absolutely unacceptable.When I tried to contact customer service to resolve the issue, it was IMPOSSIBLE to reach a human agent. All they have is an automated chatbot that’s completely useless, providing no solutions and going in circles without addressing the problem.HKExpress’s customer service is a complete failure. They don’t notify passengers of major changes, like flight rescheduling, and offer zero real support when issues arise.Reference: QD82KKI cannot recommend this airline under any circumstances. If you encounter a problem, you’re on your own because HKExpress takes no responsibility and provides no help. It’s a frustrating and disappointing experience. Avoid flying with them.
