I have used their service twice. Great experience the first time, but had an issue with the second hand seller the second time and the way it was handled turned it into a regrettable experience. There was little to no intention of correcting the issue which defeated the purpose of me choosing to use a personal buyer. To update, the issue was never resolved in the end.My messages were then not responded to for over a month after several attempts of contact. I would rather pay the premium for my goods instead of returning again.
