Amazing, trust this company.

Like many of us I was unsure wether to trust the many online buyers, I suppose that's why you're reading this review.Quickly and firstly, amazing service. They quickly checked my messages, double checked exactly what I wanted. Sent a full breakdown of cost, and then ordered and sent what I asked for and sent it to me. Perfect job In detail I am not super IT literate and all the DM, PM, reddit etc confused me. But I did a google search, entered a message through a message board and the people at HKLONGD talked me through the process.I sent a picture of the websearch showing the items I wanted and the staff at HK did the rest. They produced a short list confirming what I wanted, they checked twice. Then they ordered it. They then sent me a picture of the goods they had bought on my behalf. They then sent the goods to me, it was Christmas and snowing and customs delayed my package but the tracking provided was easy and the staff at HK assured me of the process. When it arrived there was customs duty to pay, but they clearly stated this was my responsibility. So I paid that and my parcel arrived, well packaged, and exactly what I wanted.Given the choice I would not use a proxy service and i would just go without, but my son is autistic and recently gone blind. He wants toys that he remembers seeing on youtube or that his friends have. The problem is that these toys are out of production, or not available in uk.So I chose to try to buy these from abroad. Like most things, I find that quality has a monetary cost. I accepted I wanted to buy these items so I wanted a trusted first class service, because I knew it would be expensive.But everything considered, cost, communication, service fee, postage and the ability to buy a plastic (but irreplaceable) toy, from half way round the world, I feel that I got a great service.This is a company truly trustworthy on every level. The length of this review should at least confirm it's a genuine review. Thank you for the first class job, Staff at HKlongd, you have an extremely happy child a two very greatful parents.
