I was pretty anxious about using HKLongD since I'd never heard of them before and most reviews didn't give much detail. Everything worked out fine!I ordered a single collectible plush doll from Shopee Taiwan. Responses were prompt, usually within a day or within minutes if our timezones aligned. They patiently answered my many questions. I also requested a photo of my item before shipping and they were happy to oblige.There WAS a mix-up with shipping, where they accidentally shipped using a cheaper/slower shipping method than what I had paid for. I found out about this after asking for confirmation about which shipping method they used. Once they were made aware of the issue, they very quickly refunded me the difference in shipping fees. I received my item about a week later in perfect shape.Overall a very good experience! Fees are on the pricier side IMO, but it's tough to find proxies for Asian countries (except Japan lol) and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend them for helping secure overseas items.
