I ordered a shirt one month ago and never received it. It is obvious that it is an inventory issue at the store and it’s okay, we can understand that. The problem is that after 3 mails to the customer service, they are not able to cancel the transaction, that is still waiting on my credit card (the amount is frozen). It’s a matter of reliability and financial security and that should have been fixed in 48 hours.
