After sending a follow-up about my parcel (Tracking Number: AX1000142848CD) this morning 4th July, your website has now suddenly updated to say it was “delivered” on July 1st.Let me be very clear: this package has absolutely NOT been delivered. I have received nothing. No knock at the door, no card left, no picture evidence, and no delivery confirmation. This is completely unacceptable - especially after waiting 28 days.I am extremely upset, frustrated, and disappointed. I expect:Immediate delivery of my sunglasses, with photo proof and tracking confirmation.A full refund if the item cannot be properly delivered — no delays, no excuses.Please treat this with urgency.
