HMG express is partner in crime..I ordered waterfilter on Costco then realised it was fake because amount was changed. Alerted bank of Scam. Tracked delivery complete 9am when it was 6 am. HMG courier's reply email failed as unknown address. So HMG courier is part of Scam.
Bank reimbursed money. Wish they had blocked payments when Alerted.

PS - HMG express. Their contact is by email only and that's.also failed to deliver.

Complete scam experience.

This has been a total scam. My girlfriend attempted to purchase some items for her mom for Christmas, totaling around $300, and it's been over a week with nothing delivered. Just like others have mentioned. I received daily tracking updates for three weeks, but the package never arrived. This site is fake. None of the links or emails function. Tracking was provided, but no shipment arrived. There was no way to contact the shipper or seller. I should have been more cautious. Thankfully, I received a refund through a payment service.
