Several time I had to contact Hobbii for pattern details / explanations and I always been satisfied with the quality of their costumer services.
But it is a dangerous place for me to be lost as I am an avid knitter with 3 adorable grand-kids !

Great value despite tariffs!

I was aware that I would incur a tariff for this overseas shipment. However, even with that additional expense during their sale, the overall price remained excellent, and both the yarn and needles are of high quality! I'm really looking forward to my upcoming knitting projects!

Unexpected Customs Fees

If you're outside of Denmark, be prepared for additional customs charges that can be significant. I'm in the UK, and this wasn't mentioned on the website despite paying for delivery. It's an unexpected cost I have to cover to receive my order. Had I known, I wouldn't have purchased from this site.

Misleading Yarn Size

Claiming this as size 6 super bulky yarn is misleading; it’s the thinnest yarn I’ve encountered for that category. After a longer than expected wait, I received something that’s not worth the price, especially when I need yarn for holiday gifts.
