I’ve brought from Hobbs memorabilia twice and both times I’ve had a terrible experience when it comes to wait times and over all customer service. I ordered a framed shirt on the website, Martyn contacted me to confirm stating the order would be delivered in approximately 2 weeks…. 10 weeks went by, with lots of chasing and eventually my item was delivered however the wrong frame was sent. (Very disappointing considering this was clear on the order form and confirmed in a text with Martyn) Martyn tried convincing me to keep it as it was as it was still nice, however I returned instantly as it wasn’t what I had ordered. I then had to wait another 12 weeks for the item to be sorted and returned with weekly messages having to chase! Lied to many times about it being dispatched when it hasn’t been. I think it was actually over 6 months in total before I received my item. LOVED the product but god awful customer service and turn around times. No compensation offered which I had to pressure for as I felt undervalued as a customer. Ordered a second item about a year later which again I was buzzing about. From payment to receiving item was 3 months! Item arrived damaged… returned and then waited another month with excuse after excuse about how certain parts were out of stock. Quality items but overall poor customer service. This is a company about bulk selling, you’re not valued as a customer what so ever.
